Dialogue System
Connectivity: hood and induction hob
Through the new Dialogue System, by Falmec, it is possible to control the various functions of the hood directly from the Falmec induction hob, where has been integrated a touch control.
The dialogue between the hob and the hood occurs via radio frequencies and do not requires the installation of further receiving devices into the hood.
The system is compatible with all Falmec hoods designed to be controlled by a remote control: Spazio, Light, Down Draft, Cielo, Gruppo Incasso, Nube, Nuvola, Stella.
The Falmec induction hobs range is also available without the Falmec Dialogue System.

Technical features.
Automatic function. The automatic function adjusts suction power according to your real needs, guaranteeing extreme ease of use and improved consumption and performance ratio. Touch slider control with display. Induction hobs with dialogue system feature a touch slider control panel with display for easier control of cooking zones and the extraction hood.
Booster function. The booster function enhances the power of a single area in the cooking hob allowing it to rapidly reach intense heat. Bridge function. With this function you can put two hobs together and use them as a single cooking area. Timer for each cooking area. Independent timers allow you to set each cooking hob separately and have optimal control of the cooking.
Recall function (stop and go). With the pause function, the cooking hob can be temporarily switched off (for example to answer the phone or open the door) to then quickly resume the same cooking temperature.
Resume function. After the hob has been switched off, the last settings can be resumed following the procedure on the controls. Keep warm. The Keep Warm function allows you to maintain the temperature of your food so that you can serve it at the right temperature without wasteful energy consumption. Residual Heat Indicator. The display will show the letter H while the cooker is still hot after cooking.
