The new Virgola 'Touch' is characterised by a functional and elegant design, suitable for linear furnishing solutions, where the hood fits inside the wall unit, guaranteeing practicality and maximum optimisation of the space inside. The hood, available in different sizes, is equipped with a motor and a touch control integrated in the opening veil that allows access to the various functions without opening the door, also acting as a protection for the cabinet.
The light, adjustable in tone and intensity, is integrated in the lower panel and provides excellent illumination of the hob. The No-Drop version solves the problem of condensation, which can be unpleasant both when cooking food and for the condition of moisture-sensitive parts of the kitchen.
Falmec has patented the No-Drop System technology, a highly revolutionary system that consists of a battery of cross-blade metal filters designed to condense vapours as they slide by gravity down an inclined channel and are then conveyed into a special container. The metal filters, usually used to collect cooking fats and oils, are arranged in such a way as to capture each individual condensation particle and channel it into a tray for easy collection and disposal. The filters are also treated on the surface with a special coating that prevents the formation of condensation droplets. In this way, the vapours are pulverised into micro-droplets that are evenly distributed over the entire surface.
