Note that this notice refers only to the Website and not to websites of third parties that the User may be able to reach via links therein.

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
In the course of their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL

Apart from what has been specified for browsing data and technical cookies, in the sections of the Website set up for particular services at your request you are free to provide your personal data for the purposes set out in the respective notices, but failure to do so may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
It is your right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of the data you personally provide only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. You also have the right to withdraw the consent given for the purposes of processing that require such consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of withdrawal.
