Falmec was very pleased following its participation in area30 in Löhne, Germany
The stand, with its ‘invisible technology’ concept, was appreciated by international visitors such as kitchen studios, furniture retailers, architecture and design firms and the media.
‘The results beat our expectations. Both the number of visitors and the number of orders received have been overwhelming. This confirms our idea: the classic extractor hood is increasingly being replaced by invisible technical solutions or exclusive designs with a distinctive look that add an elegant feel to any space' explains Ahmet Haskic, Managing Director of Falmec Germany.
Highlights
The Zero Easy integrated cooking system was particularly successful, with its elegant matt glass finish, a smaller 76 cm dimensions and even easier installation and use. The Levante island hood, which can be adjusted in height automatically, is also one of Falmec's most popular models, now more ergonomic thanks to the Dialogue System technology that connects the hood with the hob. Shelf of the Elements collection was also on display, a multifunctional shelf with integrated suction, shown as a modular model that can be customised in a sophisticated pistachio colour.
Successful previews
Among the most innovative new products introduced in 2024 the Brooklyn model of the Elements collection stands out with its bridge structure that expands the space in the kitchen island. The downdraft solutions Level One and Level Invisible also convinced visitors by becoming an integral part of the worktop.
Reinterpreted models
Two wall-mounted models Fusion and Verso Easy with Dialogue System hood-to-top connectivity have been presented. Moreover new products are now available in black-finished versions such as the Virgola Touch and Parallel built-in hoods with touch control, as well as the Brera hob with integrated suction already available in glossy black glass ceramic, but shown as a prototype with a stone finish material surface.
Unique inspirations
For the first time at Area30, Falmec presented even new prototypes to demonstrate its innovative strength and get an early market response. Materials-treated surfaces cover induction hobs with integrated suction to meet the demand for matching with increasingly sophisticated kitchen furniture, both in view of the materials used and the trendy colours.
Great attendance
According to the organiser Trendfairs GmbH, the European Kitchen Industry Exhibition was visited by 12,042 experts from 21 to 26 September 2024. The feedback from exhibiting companies was outstanding and confirms the enormous importance of area30. The response to the 13th edition was brilliant: the top-class stands of the market leaders impressed with their brands, products and high-end offerings.
